By creating an account, accessing, or using Botany Fest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through other communication channels. Your continued use of Botany Fest after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use Botany Fest, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

If you are under 18, you should only use Botany Fest with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

To use certain features of Botany Fest, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password)
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date

You may not share your account credentials with others. You are responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

You agree to use Botany Fest only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use Botany Fest for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or use our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our application
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

When participating in Botany Fest games and activities, you must:

• Play fairly and honestly, without cheating or exploiting game mechanics
• Respect other players, coordinators, and staff
• Follow the specific rules and instructions provided for each game or event
• Not use external tools, scripts, or assistance not permitted by the game rules
• Not share answers or clues with other players outside of designated team gameplay

Violation of gameplay rules may result in disqualification, score forfeiture, or account suspension, depending on the severity of the violation.

Payments for bookings, memberships, and other services are processed through Cashfree. By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service.

Payment Disputes: If you have concerns about a payment, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

SEEDs are a virtual currency used within Botany Fest. Important rules regarding SEEDs include:

• SEEDs have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• SEEDs can be earned through gameplay, achievements, and authorized promotions
• SEEDs can be used for sapling claims, rewards, and other in-app features as specified
• We reserve the right to adjust SEED earning rates, redemption values, and feature availability at any time
• SEEDs obtained through cheating, exploits, or policy violations may be revoked

Redemption Rules: Specific redemption options (such as sapling claims) may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, and availability limitations. These will be clearly communicated at the time of redemption.

When using community features (forums, chat, groups), you must:

• Be respectful and courteous to other users
• Not post harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Not share personal information of other users without consent
• Not spam, flood, or excessively repeat the same content
• Not post or share inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Respect the privacy and boundaries of other community members

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate community standards.

Botany Fest and its original content, features, and design are owned by [Legal Entity Name] and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without permission
• You retain ownership of content you create (forum posts, messages), but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within our services
• You represent that you have the right to share any content you post and that it does not violate the rights of others

User names, profile information, and other user-generated content are the responsibility of the users who create them. We do not endorse and are not responsible for user-generated content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Botany Fest at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable policies
• Abuse of our services or other users
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Inactivity for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use Botany Fest will immediately cease. We may also delete your account and associated data, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Botany Fest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our content and services
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of our platform
• The security of data transmitted through our services
• The absence of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use Botany Fest.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Botany Fest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Jurisdiction, e.g., Vadodara, Gujarat, India].
